What an OnlyFans agency actually does
Strip away the branding and an OnlyFans agency does four jobs. It brings traffic to your page from other platforms. It talks to fans so that attention turns into subscriptions, PPV unlocks and customs. It decides pricing, bundles and release timing. And it protects the content once it is out. Some agencies do all four, some do one or two, and a lot of the confusion in this industry comes from agencies not saying which.
In exchange the agency takes a percentage of revenue. Industry splits commonly land between 20% and 50%, depending on how much of the work the agency takes on. A marketing-only deal should sit at the low end. Full management with chatting justifies more, because chatters are the largest labor cost. Anything above that range needs a very specific explanation.
What SweetyAgency includes
We are a full-service agency, which means all four jobs plus the management layer around them. The scope is fixed in a written agreement, and the parts that matter most to creators are non-negotiable on our side: you keep ownership of your account and content, you approve chat rules and pricing, you get a dedicated manager, you receive a weekly report, and there is no upfront fee. If you want a narrower scope, marketing only for example, the commission drops with it.

| Ask this | A good answer looks like | Walk away if |
|---|---|---|
| Is commission on gross or net? | Net of OnlyFans' platform fee, stated in writing | They cannot say, or it changes by month |
| Who owns the account and content? | You do, always. Agency works through agreed access | They ask you to create the account under their email |
| How do I leave? | A notice period in writing, no penalty for lost revenue | "Lifetime" terms or fees to exit |
| Who will chat as me? | Named team, trained on your persona, scripts you approve | "Our AI handles it" with no human review |
| How do you report? | Weekly, with traffic, subs, chat revenue and next actions | Screenshots on request only |
| Where does traffic come from? | Specific channels and funnels they can show you | "Our network" or bought shoutouts only |
Red flags that show up again and again
- A revenue figure promised before anyone has looked at your page
- Pressure to sign the same day, or a contract you cannot take home to read
- Requests to change your account email, payout details or two-factor phone number
- No named manager, only a group chat with people who rotate
- Silence about which platforms they post on and under which rules
- Talk of buying followers, fake giveaways or mass-DM tools that violate platform terms
Agency, manager or chatting service?
A single manager is one person doing strategy and some marketing, which works until they get busy. A chatting service only staffs your DMs and leaves traffic to you. An agency combines both with specialists per channel, which is why it costs more and why the split should be clear. If you already have strong traffic and only need sales conversations, a chatting scope is the honest recommendation, and we will tell you so at the audit.
