This is the exact sequence every creator goes through with SweetyAgency. Read it before you apply so you know what you are saying yes to.

In short

SweetyAgency's process has ten steps: application, analysis, strategy, onboarding, production planning, marketing, monetization, optimization, scaling and reporting. Creators receive a written 90-day plan before onboarding and weekly reports from launch, and they keep ownership of their account throughout.

    Application

    You tell us who you are, where you are and what you want. A real person reviews it within 48 hours.

    No automated rejection. If we are not the right fit we say so, and why.

  2. 02

    Analysis

    We audit your page, socials, pricing and fan base and write a diagnosis.

    You get the diagnosis whether or not you join.

  3. 03

    Strategy

    Persona, boundaries, content pillars, pricing model and channel mix, in a document you sign off on.

    This is the contract between us. Nothing goes live outside it.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

    Agreement signed, access configured, chatters briefed, vault organized, protection set up.

    Watermarks, geo-blocking and DMCA routine are done before the first post.

    Production

    A content calendar you can actually keep, with formats per channel and a bank for chat sales.

    We plan; you shoot. We never require content you are not comfortable with.

    Marketing

    Traffic goes live across the channel mix. Hooks, formats and timing tested weekly.

    Shadowban-safe practices, alias accounts where needed, funnel links tracked.

  7. 07

    Monetization

    Chat sales, PPV sequences, bundles and re-engagement flows designed around your fans' behavior.

    Every script follows your persona playbook and your limits.

    Optimization

    We cut what does not convert and double down on what does, every week.

    Pricing, sequences and channels are adjusted from data, not opinion.

How long does onboarding take?
Typically one to two weeks from signed agreement to first campaigns, depending on how quickly access, content and persona rules are ready.
What do I have to do during the process?
Produce content on the agreed calendar, answer planning questions, and review the weekly report. Everything else is on us.
Can I stop at any step?
Yes. The agreement states notice and exit terms in plain language. Your account and content remain yours at every step.
Do you work with creators who are just starting?
Yes, provided you can produce consistently. New creators go through the same ten steps with a launch-oriented strategy.
