Who consulting is for
Creators come to consulting for three reasons. They earn well but suspect they are leaving money on the table. They are starting and want to avoid the mistakes everyone makes in the first six months. Or they have been with an agency, left, and want to keep the system without the commission. In every case, the creator keeps doing the work. We supply the diagnosis and the plan. It is not a good fit if you want someone to run chat, post for you or manage traffic day to day. That is management, and it is priced and structured differently. Consulting is advice, documents and accountability, delivered by people who run managed accounts every day.
One-off session or monthly retainer
| Format | What you get | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| One-off audit + session | Written audit, a recorded strategy session, a 90-day plan and the playbook templates | Creators who want a reset and are comfortable executing alone |
| Monthly retainer | Everything above, plus a monthly numbers review, plan adjustments and a session each month | Creators who want accountability and someone to fix the plan as results come in |
| Launch package | Audit of your socials and content, positioning, pricing model and a launch calendar for the first 90 days | New creators who want to start with a system instead of guessing |
What the audit actually looks at
- Profile and first impression: bio, pinned content, preview quality, subscription price and promotional windows
- Monetization: revenue by type, PPV price tiers, tip menu, custom pricing, bundle structure and the share of revenue from your top fans
- Chat: welcome sequence, response times, upsell triggers and how expiring subscribers are handled
- Traffic: which channels bring subscribers, which bring only followers, posting frequency, hooks and shadowban signals
- Protection: watermarking, geo-blocking configuration, alias consistency and what a search for your name returns
- Operations: how many hours a week go where, and which tasks could be batched, templated or dropped
How an engagement runs
- 01
Intake
A short form and a call to understand your goals, your limits and how much time you can give the account each week. We quote a fixed price after this.
- 02
Data access
You share statistics exports and screenshots, or grant temporary read access. We do not need the ability to post or message.
- 03
Audit
We work through the six areas above and write up findings ranked by revenue impact. You get the document before the session, not during it.
- 04
Strategy session
A live, recorded session to go through the findings, decide priorities and answer everything you want to ask about how managed accounts are run.
- 05
Plan and follow-up
The 90-day plan arrives within days of the session. Monthly clients then get a review each month; one-off clients can book a follow-up when they need it.
Consulting or management?
The honest test is time. If you can give the account the hours the plan requires, consulting is cheaper and keeps you fully in control. If you cannot, a plan you do not execute is worth nothing, and management pays for itself by doing the work. Many creators start with consulting and move to management once the numbers justify a team; some do the reverse. Both paths are open.
