Why this is not a ranking
A ranked list implies someone tested every agency on the same creators under the same conditions. Nobody has. Results depend on the creator, the niche, the market and the moment, and an agency that is excellent for a Spanish-speaking lifestyle creator with 50,000 Instagram followers may be wrong for an anonymous creator starting from zero. Ranking strangers would be dishonest, and naming competitors to score points would be worse.
What you can do is judge any agency, including us, against a fixed set of criteria and a fixed set of questions. That is what the rest of this page is for.
The 10 criteria for choosing an OnlyFans agency
1. Ownership and access
You should own your account, your content, your social profiles and your fan data before, during and after the contract. The agency should work through agreed access, with you able to log in and see everything at any time. Any clause that transfers ownership or restricts your own access is disqualifying, not negotiable.
2. Commission transparency
A clear percentage, calculated on a clearly named base (net payout, ideally), applied only to income the agency manages, with no upfront, setup or monthly fees. If you cannot work out what a hypothetical $10,000 month would cost you from the agreement alone, the agreement is not transparent enough.
3. Contract terms
A written agreement in plain language, with a defined scope, a reasonable minimum term (months, not years), no silent auto-renewal and no exit penalties tied to future earnings. You should have time to read it and the option to have someone else read it too.
4. Chatting quality and language
Chat is where most PPV revenue is closed, so ask who does it. Trained people, briefed on your persona and boundaries, working from scripts you approved, in the language your fans actually write in. Ask about coverage hours and how quality is checked. Vague answers here usually mean outsourced, unbriefed chat.
5. Traffic system
"We do marketing" is not a system. A system is: which platforms, how many posts per week, how hooks are tested, how shadowbans are avoided, how links are tracked, what is cut when it fails. An agency should be able to describe the mechanism for a creator like you in a few sentences.
6. Protection
Watermarking, geo-blocking configuration, alias branding if you need it, and a routine for DMCA takedowns when content leaks. Ask what happens in the first 48 hours after a leak and who does it. Protection is a process, not a promise, and no agency can honestly guarantee that nothing will ever leak.
7. Reporting
Weekly, readable and specific: what was posted, what was tested, what converted, what changed in chat and what the next week's plan is. Monthly-only reporting is a warning sign. "Trust us, it is going well" is a bigger one.
8. Team visibility
You should know who your dedicated manager is, who runs your traffic and who chats with your fans, at least by role and preferably by name. An agency that will not show you a team is asking you to trust a logo.
9. Niche and market fit
An agency built around one type of creator or one market may be the wrong fit for you, however good it is. Ask whether they have worked with creators in your niche, your language and your country, and how their approach changes for a free page versus a paid one, or for a face-forward versus an anonymous creator.
10. Exit terms
How you leave matters as much as how you join. Notice period, what happens to campaigns in progress, how your assets and logins are handed back, and confirmation that nothing is owed beyond the agreed term. Read this clause first.
Scorecard: how to score any OnlyFans agency
Score each criterion from 0 to 3 using the guide below. Anything scoring 0 on ownership, commission transparency or exit terms should end the conversation regardless of the total.

Red flags that override any score
- Guaranteed income figures, "guaranteed" results or "zero ban risk" claims. Nobody can promise these.
- Asking for your OnlyFans password before an agreement exists.
- Upfront fees, deposits or "content investment" payments.
- Pressure to sign within a day, or a deal that gets worse if you think about it.
- Screenshots of earnings with no context, or "clients" who cannot be verified.
- Contracts that mention exclusivity across every platform, forever.
- Language that treats you as a product rather than a business partner.
Questions to ask every agency on the call
- Who owns my account, content and socials during and after the contract?
- What is your percentage, calculated on what, and what does it include?
- Are there any fees at all beyond the percentage?
- What is the minimum term and how do I leave?
- Who chats with my fans, in which language, in which hours, and who approves the scripts?
- Describe the traffic system you would run for my page. Which channels, how often, how tested?
- What happens in the first 48 hours if my content leaks?
- How often do I get a report, and can I see the raw numbers myself?
- Who is my day-to-day contact?
- Have you worked with creators in my niche, language and country? What changed for them?
